In order to activate the SMS Banking service the user has to indicate the accounts he wish to enable over the SMS channel.

  • Mark the check-boxes corresponding to the accounts or cards to access over the SMS service.
  • Indicate an two-digit SMS Alias (nickname) for each SMS-enabled account (note that a valid alias is consisted of one letter and one number i.e. A1)
  • Define the telephone number to use in order to interact with NETteller SMS Banking.
  • Define a 4-digit SMS PIN to use in order to verify user identity whenever send an SMS to the Bank.
  • Click the "Submit" button to store settings Online Banking.
  • On successful update the user gets the confirmation page with the message "Update Successful".
  • A welcome message will be send via SMS on user’s mobile.
